Inheritance according to muslim law

We are Sunni Muslim..Indian by nationality & by birth...Residing in west bengal..My Mother's Mother is owner of property who has deceased..leaving behind 4 sons and 1 daughter (My mother)..If the property is sold at Rs 5 Lacs..How much my mother will get according to muslim sunni law.??

I hope your mother's father is not alive.

In that case, each of the sons will get 2/9th share while your mother will get 1/9th share.
