Punishment under ipc 302/307/436

Hello sir,

Some disturbing fellow of my village, have clash with my old Father & Mother because of land dispute in Hazaribagh (Jharkhand)

After that with help of my Uncle, Aunty and his son, They poured kerosene oil on their body & fired

Old father & Mother burned 50-60%

In critical condition FIR longed against them, My Father clearly given the name of 1, 2 & 3 (Convict)

Father and mother in extreme critical condition admitted to Hospital

Mother given statement to Police & my father signed the statement in presence of police and doctors and family member giving the name of 3 convict

During treatment my father died. Mother survived but she is in critical condition.

Police taken arrest warrant against them and Arrested all 3 convicted. All three are in central jail of Hazaribagh

we want death penalty or maximum of life imprisonment 40 years for all 3 convict

Kindly suggest how can they be convicted.

My father is my first hero in my life. I want justice for it. Please help me
