domestic voilance ? me and my sister father mother we are not in touch with wife.
already 498 running since 2010 almost 4 year pls advice what to do?

First you receive the summon and challenge her case with the evidence of 'judgement copy' of the divorce dissolving the marriage between you and her, requesting the court to dismiss her DV case on non-sustainability grounds.
