Hi,
I had purchased a flat in 2009.
CIDCO transfer of the building had done in the same period so my flat also in the name of previous owner.
Till Now Conveyance deed is pending .
Due to pending of conveyance deed i am not able to do CIDCO transfer in my name from the previous owener.
1.What should i do for CIDCO transfer.
2.how can i be a member of the society.

1) if society has been formed make an application to society for transfer of flat in your name .
2) enclose copy of sale deed , consent of transferor along with cheque for transfer charges .
3) society will transfer flat in your name on completion of transfer formalities .
4) transfer of flat has no co relation with conveyance deed to be executed by CIDCO in favour of society

in maharashtra transfer charges cannot be more than RS 25,000
