dear experts,

if any one having RCOP case notice to house owner,

the house owner intention to evict the tenant by illegal activities, so i need before that happened i want send to legal notice to house owner for legal eviction, so kindly provide me formate the notice.

RCOP means, Rent Control Original Petition filed before a Rent controller. It is another legal notice, it requires no specific format, it can be drafted based on the ground realities. Just see what are all the reasons that you intend to aver against the house owner and then draft your notice based on that.
