If one's wife is cheating on his partner then can husband go for a Divorce without any hassle? Do husband need to give compensation to wife for this? Can it be possible to sign the divorce paper well in early for any future circumstances without mentioning the date?

1. Adultery needs to be proved to get divorce on the ground of cruelty.
2.If the wife is unemployed the husband may be directed to provide alimony.
3. Mutual divorce petition can be filed only f both husband and wife so agree.
