Hello Experts!

I want to know when the rules of LARR Act 2013 are going to be framed by the revenue department of the states of India? Although, this act has been formed and can now be applied when it comes to land acquisition, still it looks useless to the citizens. Because, when we approach the concerned officials, they deny to act as per new land acquisition act, as they suggest that the rules haven't been framed by the revenue department yet. Please reply.

Seek a direction from court for either defer acquisition till rules are framed or compelling the revenue to frame rules within a reasonable time by a writ of mandamus
