I have filed a case of 498 against my husband as i am a victim of dowry.we are both separated from last 3 years.he has filed a case of separation.but i don't want ....wht should i do??

if you had been separated for 3 years what was need to file 498A case . it will further antagonise your husband . since your husband is Muslim he can remarry again without divorcing you .

If you don't want to divorce, even if your filing of case u/s 498A may not be going to help you. Your husband can remarry without divorcing you.

No...this is a sitution of my friend who is Hindu...how can he remarry...
