Sir, What is meaning of tribunal court and what types of cases are fought in tribunal court. Can case regarding possession of property (constructed shop)be fought in tribunal courts.

Tribunals are quasi judicial bodies .income tax , central excise , sales tax , motor accident , etc cases are handled before tribunals . case regarding shop would go to civil court
