What is the interest rate under section 138 N.I Act , when it became applicable , can complainant claim interest on amount from the date of cheque paid or cheque bounced ?

138 Ni is for punishment not recovery. you can claim interest in civil proceedings filed by you for recovery of cheque amount with interest
