Tribal land exchange with other land for consolidation of land holding

Whether agricultural land in Maharashtra belonging to ST community owner can be exchanged with the land owned by other person (non tribal) from the perspective of land consolidation. The land proposed to be exchanged is 2 fields away from the land owned by tribal owner.

I have not asked this question before. Neither, I have seen any such question posted and replied to at your website earlier.
Can any expert kindly advise me in the matter, even if it is repeat question since I have not been able to get any reference in the matter.

If it is not a land under DC allotment, there is no bar in selling the same to an outsider by the tribal vendor.
