Hello

We can file single complaint for 5 cheques as well , in this case one notice was even issued. So there is no bar and single complaint is maintainable.
yes, I saw a city like faridabad where Court insist to file a single complaint with upto 3 cheques, but in Place like Delhi single complaint is preferred as law does not restrict the same.

Apart from provisions and practice of law it is in your interest to file separate complaints for ease of trial since case history will be separate for each cheque.
