Illigal construction

though warned neighbour constructed staircase/balcony on foot path this is dead end area,now I am against this.
1- should I file public litigation case.

or

will this be personnel suit.

file a civil suit for injunction against him this is not a public case it will be personal, but if there are more people with you then file a suit and became the party to all people.

Lodge complaints with the municipal authorities and higher authorities. If no result file suit and make municipal committee a party also.

contact local councillor.
Register your complain with local body, that illegal structure / construction be demolished.

If BMC do not act, file civil suit against that person and local body , issue sec 80 notice.
