Dear Sir/Ma'am
I am Ajay Kumar, My native place is in UP bhadohi district, me & my father not staying in my village, in my village we have house & our Agriculture land, my father & his brother living separate, now my father's brother trying to get ownership by way of illegal. they are trying to remove us from our part of grand father property, what to do in this case, where we go to take ownership of fathers part of grand father property , my grand father is not more. to whom I ask to divide and make separate property paper.
my villagers jealous with my father and me.

file suit for partition of the property . your father and brother are equal owners of said land . lodge complaint with local police against your uncle if he trying to occupy land illegally . move court and obtain injunction against your uncle

If the property is ancestral, after demise of your grand father, the property will come to all legal heirs including your father and his brother. File suit for partition in the court with the help of a local lawyer.
