Minor property - interlocutory

In a Gift Deed there is mention of a Permission of Custodian.

Registration Department is tight lipped saying that unless there is a order of a Competent Court they cannot reveal the "Custodian" and other details.

In my opinion, when there is Custodian, the question of Gift Deed does not arise.

Hence my query is "Custodian" refers to Court appointed Custodian for Minor Property ?

As per the Hindu Guardian & Wards Act, you need to take permission from the court, in respect of the property dealings made with the minor shares.

It can be de facto guardian or de jure guardian.
