partition deed

Dear Sir,
we have an ancestral property in the name of my grandmother.. i am now making partition deed . but i had already paid two of my uncles their share by cash, but i have. no proper record for that. So their share of land now belongs to me.
my sisters and brothers agree with that... but how to mention this in the partition deed without mentioning the amount of the transaction because they will treat it as a sale deed and apply stamp duty on it....

Also i dony want anyone to challenge it in future.. how can i put it on my name in the partition deed. please respond soon, thanks in advance....
