hi sir

mera naam manoj kumar hai . 1988 me humare gram pradhan ne mujhe ek gram panchayat ka rihayashi plot diya tha . ab mai us par loan lekar makan banana chahta hun. zameen ka kabza mere paas hi hai. aur mai ek dalit huon. kya mujhe ispar loan mil sakra hai . mere paas bas ek plot ki parchi hai jo pradhan ne mujhe us samay di thi .please help

You should get the land registered in your name first. Bank will not give Housing loan without title deed of the land.
