Inheritance of parental property

Dear Sir,

My father died.I want to claim the property.

My father has not made any WILL.
i have one brother. I have Legal Heir Certificate including is name. But he is not willing to go for a mutual consent.

Please guide me with procedure.

has your father left any will ? if he died intestate apply for succession certificate from court

Who are other heirs of the father?? from whom you want to claim property?? clarify facts first...

you can get the property mutation in the name of all the legal heirs on the basis of legal heir certificate.
