Regarding the dispose of the case

one case is pending before in the court of the Assist.Charity Comm. But in the last fifteen days back respondent trustee has been expired in said case.No other trustee is party in said case.In this condition how the said suit is hearing by the court? the case dispose of by the court please suggest.
