Water supply

(Querist) 23 August 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir,
Few residents in flats in our multi- storied building have not paid maintenance charges for over 6 months. The Association of owners' is contemplating on cutting of the water supply to the flats. Is it legal?

Cannot cut essential supply like water/ Electricity.

It is illegal & punishable.

Why harass children/ family stopping water??

There are Legal alternatives to recover the mtn.

not legal and instead send them notice to pay the maintenance charges asap.
