Release deed /partition of undivided property

Sir,
I am hereunder asking your valuable clarifications on a release deed ....
1. in a self acquired property of a father who died without making a will,any release deed executed before partition of the property ,is valid or not?
2.Is a release deed executed before partition among legal heirs is valid ? or a release deed executed after the partition of the property?
3.without having share of partition ( that is at the time of undivided property)in the property,executed release deed is valid?

Though asked by you as 1.2.3. but they all are same.
Read the answer carefully:
A release would be executed when no partition has taken place.
In case partition has taken place then sale or gift would be appropriate deed.
