Horizontal reservation for physically handicapped

Suppose if there is one seat reserved for orthopaedically handicapped persons in an organization. Will it go to
OC-general category or OC-SC/ST/OBC category. OC here means Orthopaedically Challenged.Please suggest.

reservation for PH/Ex-serviceman/sports/comp apptt depends upon whether the post in question sin vertical reservation belongs to Gen/SC/ST/OBC
