Compounding of offences

(Querist) 22 June 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am working in a CS firm and i have a problem in a case.
The case is, one of our client had committed default under section 210 of The Companies Act, 1956 and for compounding of that offence we complied all procedures under the Act and filed necessary forms with the registrar(02/07/2012) but till now portal shows the status- Work in Progress- form 21

So, please suggest me what to do now for get the work complete.its very urgent. please.
