Dear Querist
as per Accused statement it is prima facia show that the offence has been committed so FIR should be registered against SI and a departmental enquiry should be held by Superior officers.

From the statement of the accuse prima facie the FIR will be registered against SI and departmental enquiry will be held by Senior Police officers and if found guilty he will be dissmissed from Job.
