Refusal by police to file fir

Dear Sir,

the police inspector is refusing to file FIR in cash misappropiration made by employee in a company all relavant document is available please let me know the remedy for filing FIR

Move an application to S.P. with copy to DIG and IG and if you find yourself still handicapped file an application before Magistrate of jurisdiction under s./156(3)Crpc.

Special courts for PC cases have been set all over India so move a complaint there with application under section 156 (3) of criminal procedure code.
