Partition of minor prperty

My Father divorced my mother after my birth after that he married another woman and in this relation he has 3 kids(girls) after my fathers death partition done as per muslim law during that time his threee kids are minors because of that in the partition deal mother has signed as his legal guardian and document has been registered I paid tax for my part This partition is valid or not. Please advise?

Such partition is purely valid if the mother being natural guardian of her minor children has signed the partition deed.
