Hello,

My dad owns property that had gone into redevelopment under SRA scheme.

We were allotted a gala but due to confusion our gala that we got as per the lottery system was given to other and we got sum one else gala.

now we have completed more than 10 years in that gala and are paying the maintenance and all payments as per law from more that 10 years.

Can that gala be given in our name , since we are paying maintenance, electricity and bills duly.

necessary to see the papers in your possession .
if the agreement mentions that you have been given X gala but you are in possession of Y gala then you ought to have got Deed of Rectification done to reflect true position .

If it is exchanged one another inadvertantly, you can execute a exchange deed of your possessions , should be registered with Sub-registrar.

so do i need to take consent of the other party.. or can i have this registered with all my existing documents and maintenance payment slips.
