Need help for the case

Respected all,

for my filed complaint court passed an order u/s 202 CrPC one year back.

POlice is not taking my statement despite several visits I have made and court is giving next date.

what can I do, appeal, pray for revision in Trial court or what else I can do ?

Section of complaint 417,420, 389, 120 (b) of IPC .

It is the duty of the police to submit report to the court. You need not run after the police. If there is considerable delay in submission of report then bring this to the notice of the court.

Move an application before the trial court seeking direction for the police to conclude its proceeding at the earliest and file its report.
