Share in parents property

sir our father had aquired ancestral property of
35 acres as his share.he divided it into 5 parts
in the names of 3 sons and his wife and himself in writing.
we are 3 daughters to him.our father expired in 1999.our mother
enjoyed her share and her husband's share of 14 acres since then,
she expired in 2012 without dividing or writing the property to anyone.
my queries are as follows
1.can daughters claim the mother's share of 7 acres equally among themselves into 3 parts and do the sons have
right in the mother's share as well.
2. will it be considered as maternal property.
3.can daughters claim for share in the father's share of 7 acres along with the sons.
3.how much share will daughters get from the 14 acres of the parent's share

what was wirting executed by your father ? was it duly stamped and regsitered . ?
mother share of 7 acres would be divided equally among all legal heirs .
as far as father share is concerned of 7 acres all legal heirs would have equal share .
it is necessary to go through the written instrument executed by your father to advise
