CAN I ASK FOR WITHDRAWAL SLIP OR WITHDRAWAL CHEQUE XEROX COPY FROM NATIONALISED BANK OF SOME PAST MONTHS UNDER RTI ACT 2005

You can ask for it if the same relates to your a/c only.
They generally do not keep such copies for more than 2 years.

You can summon the relevant record in the court instead of using RTI Act.
