sir,
one person he is the boss of firm. he commited sucide.his poked in a suicide note.he wrote my name.sir my never any conection of this person. act 306/120b/201 police fir wrote.

I request to state facts clearly.Who are you?Who is the co.?were you both employed in same co.?Was he your boss?etc.

You need to obtain anticipatory bail first by engaging the lawyer and thereafter obtain the copy of FIR and do as per advice of your lawyer.
