Owned land donated to society

Hi,
My father had donated land owned by him almost 25 years ago to our society and had been registered in the society's name since then. Can he claim back the portion of land legally. What are the documents he needs to have.
Please help.

your father has gifted land to socieety . the gift deed must be stamped and regd . title has [passed on to society . yur father has no rights on said property and he cannot claim it now after 25 years

A gift once made cannot be revoked unless the same was conditional and that particular condition has been violated.
