Sir ,

I am 29 ,and passed my Law Degree in the year 2010 ,but i did not practice yet because of some personal reason i want to know should i apply for JMFC Exam or other such type of exam .thanks

where are you from ? its depend upon the state acquirement qualification.

a few states have age limit of 30 and a few have kept it to 35 with further relaxation for candidates from SC/ST category and Female Category.

Check for the rules in your own state or concerned state.

Thanks to all Experts ,i am from Maharashtra but i heard that 3 years of practice in court is compulsory is it compulsory ..
