sir,

i am newly enrolled. since I have got chance to go for political elections as Mukhya as villagers supporting me, can I, while continuing my practice. what is procedure pl.

Surely you can contest and win the election of mukhiya or your gram panchayat even remaining an advocate.

Sir,

Colony belongs to Grampanchayat. Sourrounding colonies are well developed with CC Road open ended to Open site in between. This site being centre of the other colonies, got demand and coming up. Now seeing this, owner dveloped a layout, and wanted to closed the link road (which is open CC road) access to this colony. Grampanchyat approved that lay out. Can he block that link roads accessing the colony. Can I have a proof of authority for this pl.
