Poultry is manufacturing or not?

Poultry is coming under Live Stock or Not for the purpose of Sales Tax at Rajasthan. Please clarify the same with Supreme Court Judgements.

Poultry is an agricultural activity and is included within the definition of agriculture. It is live stock. Pl see NABARD Act, 1981. I am not aware of any SC judgment on the issue.
