Respected all,

in criminal case like DV Act-2005

1) can victims claims for wrongfull loss suferred by victims due to filed false criminal case by wife?.

2) how many chances when court grant wrongful loss suferred by the victims knowing offence has been committed by wife, her other family members?

has the court given any finding that false case has been filed .?
rather than wasting your time and money in filing fresh case against your wife concentrate your energies on defending DV case
