Respected Sir,
I need Ur valuable suggestion.
Fact is : Sir one my Brother and her wife they gave some money in lakhs to her friend for construct her house, after few days they mooed to abroad and came back to India after some time. once they came to native they are asked to theirs money back but that lady refused the given money. and complaint against them in police station with local Sub inspector. the thing is all proofs are with my friend. Bond paper and receipts etc all. and no evidences are wit that lady but gave local complaint to police station as cheated. but according to Airword she didn't get FIR.
Sir My qsn is :
1) if once FIR registered menas how many days to get the Bail in Cheating case.
2) she dont have any proofs related this case and we have all proofs which we gave the money to her.
3) sir in this situation what we do ?
4) if police came to arrest directly to home withot arrest warrant.?
sir i need ur help please sugges me aaas soon as possible .

Non-refund of loan is not a crime so you will be wasting time with the Police. Police will be fully unjustified if they cooperate with you for loan recovery unless they connive with you for illegal coercion.
If the debt is within limitation period they may file civil suit if they have a valid and duly executed pronote on paper of appropriate value.

what complaint has she given to police what is alleged. You did not mention so.
