any judgement relating to the provision of section 75 of the Standards of weights and measures act, 1976 ie. "the provision of the indian penal code,1860, insofar as such provision relate to offences with regard to weights and measures, shall not apply to any offence which is punishable under this act". pls forward any judgement or any opinion about the said provision.
