Hello Sir/Madam
i got anticipatory bail on this condition that further we live as a husband wife.i signed on a memo and said that i will keep paying maintenance. but we r not living together for last 3 years. i took this decision just for sake of anticipatory bail.my question is this know what is the position of this 498a case. how this 498a case will affect me and my family. please suggest me further things after 498a anticipatory bail.

it's depend on your circumstances and facts of the cases and allegation mentioned in FIR or complaint.

It totally depends upon circumstance , facts and allegation made in FIR of your case. If you don't abide the order of the court then other party can file a petition for the cancellation of your bail and your bail will be cancelled. Better to avoid this bizzare consequence.

The 498A case would depend on the merot of the same.
As far as paying maintenance is concerned if the same is condition on which you got the anticipatory bail, on its non compliance the bail would be cancelled.
