I want to know how to make a made over of the PN in favour of some other person and the legal obligations of both the parties.
For example - On demand A promise to pay B or order a sum of Rs. at the interest rate of for value received this day.
How to make an endorsement in the PN for made over of the amount in favour of C and now C has to collect the amount and in case of failure of A , can C proceed against the assets of A.
