Dear Freinds,

kindly suggest maitenance case of section 125 can be quashed. and where to file petiotion before high court or session court.

i want to quash the case because all the allegation is false and main aim to extract money from husband.

what procedure is to be followed as the notice is not yet received by the husband court for such case.

If you have not received the notice as on the day, the question of filing any case on that basis is nothing but a big joke.
