Property acquired on own income

Hi,
I purchased a house at Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu out of my own earnings. Now, in case if I want to sell the house, do I need the consent of my two daughters who are married and settled abroad ?

No, not neccessary as the property buit by you is self acquired property and you can dispose it according to your wish

it is your own house which you have purchased from your own savings . you cna sell it whenever you want . you dont need your daughters permission
