hello sir , my forefather had the land and now we got the paper after so many year. i have new 7/12 on which we r kool. now cidco is aquaring the land and what should we do now?
please guide me

CIDCO shall notify and there would be gazette
notification and notices to owners where after you can raise objections to proposed compensation before DM/ADM/SDM as the case may be.If your objection is not entertained and compensation is not enhanced as per your demand for which you need to give proof in support,you may pray for reference to D.J.for award after receiving proposed payable compensation under protest.
