Property tranfer

sir,
I have one flat in kalyan and that flat in my mother name but she is high blood suger so that she feel and want my flat trenfer to my son (it mean my self)and i have two sister and both are married
pls give legel advise to me

If the flat is owned by your mother exclusively then she could transfer it to anyone she wishes. Your sisters have nothing to say in it.

if she tranfer on my name but which form like gifted to me or any other legel concern pls suggest to me

yes you cna sell gifted flat as you become the owner of the said flat once deed of gift is made by your mother
