Pronote executant was died so his lrs liable to pay pronote amount?

a person was executed pronote infavour of another person so the executant was died by leaving his LRs. my question is that the holder of pronote will file suit against his LRs? if so under which section. may please to answer me.

No , his LRs are not liable.
