hi

I have purchased a plot in 2004
(in AP).the seller had the gpa of part land of survey no. but he sold the others part too.
in 2010 he got the registry of other part.
now my question is.(Is my registry valid or I need to register my plot again.)

please help.

how can seller sell property in respect of which he did not have any powers to sell. ?

contact a local lawuyer
