Threat from uncle and their families of death

(Querist) 08 July 2012 This query is : Resolved
Hi,
We are from Bihar, District Ara. My father have two brothers and a living grandfather. One is dead. One of the family lives in Bhopal and another in Patna. Families of both the brothers are threatening my father and us. My father is youngest of all. They have recently come here and had beat my father very badly on 7th July 2012. My mom and dad lives in village.
Reason:-
My Grandfather has transferred HIS PART of the property to our name, more specifically in my mother's name.
He does so because he is very old (he cannot even walk without support) and no one is ready to take care of him. My parents are caring him and so he gave his part to us.
We tried to settle the issue by telling you may take the property but you have to take care of grandpa. But no one is ready for it.
I live in Gurgaon and is working in a software company. Everyday I have started feeling afraid of what shall follow.

My dad today(8th July 2012) filed a compliant to local police under CRPC 107. I just want to know what should we do further?
Should we hire a lawyer or any other action to resolve this dispute forever?
PLEASE HELP! I AM VERY BOTHERED.

since your garnd father has transferred propertyto your mother sell the property . call your family to stay with you in gurgaon . you have already filed police complaint . if police dont take acyion file complaint with magistarte under section 156(3)

If your family memebers means your father and mother is non working then call them to guargaon. Since your grandfather has transfered his share to your mother then your mother can do it according to suitability. Though you have filed complaint before police if they don't take any action then file a complaint u/s 156 of crpc before magistrate. Be cautious if the property is partioned by your grandfather by legal way and registered then he can bequeath his share to any one. Otherwise after his death the property will be distributed among all legal heir.
