sir,
we have rented our owner shop (licensor side) as agent ,but another agent from licensee side told require shops for tours and travels business,now in that they are playing carrom and drinking ,what i do i am from owner side agent.

As the activities violates the license agreement you may terminate the license.

If there is no specific condition regarding prohibiting particular user of Shop, any lawful business can be carried on.

Mr Dagli, As long as the lessee/licensor is carrying on lawful business there is no problem, however as the querist states that the tenants are drinking in the premises rather than doing lawful business don't you think termination of the agreement is must.

If the drinking is only thing done and if it is prohibited in that State , it is a good ground for termination of Lease.
