Dear Members,

I had applied in CCI for the post of Manager. i have qualified the written test and called for interview. The written result was declared in such a manner that it gives a impression to the interview board that the written result was in merit order(marks wise)because it was neither candidate name wise,roll number wise nor category wise. but it was arranged the roll number in such a way that it gives the impression to interview board that the result in merit order wise.
can I challenge this in court?

No, it can not be challanged.

It can be merit wise as well.

Any thing can be challenged in court, what will be its fat not certain. second thing they were not suppose to declare scheme/ manner, how they will declare result.
