How to use evidence give by a plaintiff in another suit

Plaintiff and an attesting witnesses had made certain admissions during evidence and cross examination phase of one case. However now in a different case the Plaintiff has lodged an FIR against the attesting witness that contradicts statements made by him in the first case.

I would like to to know from the experts, the procedure that needs to be followed to obtain information from the FIR to be used in the first case.

get the certified copy of the deposition and FIR and produce the same before the court in the case.
